  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available).

Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery times are estimated at 5–10 business days after your order has been shipped.
  • Shipping times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
  • Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Tracking Your Order

  • Customers will receive tracking details via email once the order has been dispatched.
  • Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

Delays

While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, Hydraviaa is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information
